Meet The Owners

Robert Tauber  and Kathleen Tauber

Robert and Kathleen reside in Delray Beach with their  daughter, MacKenzie. Originally from New York, Robert spent the last 15 years as an owner and manager of multiple residential and commercial properties throughout the state. Holding a B.S. degree in Finance, as well as 20 years experience in law enforcement, Robert's expertise is in property improvement, security and the increase of property income and community bottom line. Robert also brings extensive project management experience to our company through the sucessful completion of multiple high rise construction and rehabilitation projects.

Kathleen brings over 25 years of corporate property management experience to TRAK, having run multiple New York corporations overseeing the daily operation of residential apartment buildings, tenant relations and vendor performance.  Kathleen will insure all of our residents are as satisfied as possible as customers of TRAK and insure our customer service exceeds your expectations.

Kristine Thompson

Kristine resides in West Boca with her husband Casey and their two children; Chase and Isabel. Kristine has been working in the field of property management for the last seventeen years and has continuously held her CAM license in good standing for the last 20 + years. She spent the first ten years at one of the largest management companies in South Florida. The first seven of those years as a property manager servicing a portfolio of no less than ten properties and the last three years serving as the assistant to the President of the company. Kristine brings knowledge and experience in all aspects of property management including, developer turn-over, apartment/condo transition, budget preparation, amendments to association documents and hurricane preparedness planning.
